So, my room mate gave me a bunch of yarn in the past couple of years. I make her things and she buys me food. It’s a good arrangement.
While I was sorting out my yarn in this past fall semester, I discovered that I still had a lot of the yarn she gave me. We looked through some patterns and decided the types of things that she wanted made out of this yarn. One of them was a long, pointed hat.
So here it is. I used this pattern. The needles I used were not exact, a size off if I remember correctly, and I had to double up the orange because of the difference in weight between the two colors. Other than that, I followed the pattern as written.
